The Coloplast Assura Flat Ostomy Barrier is designed for ostomates who need a dependable, trim-to-fit solution for everyday wear. Featuring a flat profile and extended-wear silicone based adhesive, this barrier is built to conform comfortably to the skin while providing a secure, long-lasting seal around the stoma. The trim-to-fit opening accommodates stomas ranging from 10 to 45 millimeters, allowing for a personalized fit that helps minimize leaks and skin irritation.

This barrier uses Coloplast's red color code system, part of the Assura®2 line, which pairs specifically with red-coded pouches for a reliable, secure coupling between barrier and pouch. The 50 mm flange offers a versatile connection point compatible with matching Assura pouching systems, and the barrier includes belt tabs for added security when used with Brava® belts 4215 and 4220.

Made from synthetic resin material, this ostomy barrier is formulated to be gentle on the peristomal skin while maintaining flexibility and durability throughout extended wear.
