DOMAINE KARYDAS XINOMAVRO 2021

Aromas of dark cherries, dried rose petals, and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, it’s a beautiful balance of rich fruit—blackberries, ripe plum, and a touch of spice—interwoven with the characteristic savory note of olive tapenade. The tannins are firm yet fine, providing structure, while a refreshing acidity keeps the wine lively. The finish is long and nuanced, with a gentle herbal lift and a touch of minerality.
