The Drive Deluxe Steel Drop-Arm Commode is designed for individuals who need reliable bathroom safety support along with easier side-to-side transfers. Its drop-arm feature allows caregivers or users to swing the armrests out of the way, making lateral transfers from a wheelchair, bed, or chair simpler and safer. The sturdy steel frame is powder coated for a durable, long-lasting finish that resists wear from daily use.
Built with a 13.75" seat width and a 300 lb weight capacity, this commode chair accommodates a wide range of users while providing stable, dependable support. The height-adjustable legs allow the chair to be customized to the user's preferred sitting height, improving comfort and ease of use for both self-transfers and assisted transfers.
Practical details make daily care simple: the commode bucket includes a handle and shield for straightforward removal and cleaning, while rubber feet help keep the unit firmly in place during use. The plastic seat, back, and armrests offer a comfortable touchpoint, and the entire frame can be knocked down for compact storage or transport. This drop-arm commode chair is a practical choice for home health care, rehabilitation settings, and anyone seeking added independence and safety in the bathroom.
