Officially Licensed US Navy HS-7 Dusty Dogs Patch

Officially Licensed US Navy HS-7 Dusty Dogs Patch — Loyal Sea King Hunters

The Dusty Dogs of HS-7 were among the most loyal and dependable helicopter crews on the carrier deck.

Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 7 (HS-7), the Dusty Dogs, operated the H-3 Sea King in the anti-submarine warfare and combat search and rescue roles. This embroidered patch captures the Dusty Dogs' classic identity. HS-7 deployed aboard Atlantic Fleet aircraft carriers as part of the carrier air wing, providing rotary-wing ASW capability using dipping sonar, sonobuoys, and torpedoes. The Dusty Dogs' faithful, dogged approach to the submarine hunt earned them respect throughout the carrier air wing — they never gave up a contact and always answered the call for search and rescue.

Perfect For: HS-7 Dusty Dogs veterans, H-3 Sea King ASW crews, carrier air wing helicopter personnel, and Navy helicopter heritage embroidered patch collectors.

Dusty Dogs — loyal hunters, faithful rescuers.
